Dirty South Album Maker ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Phi Unit Research Partners Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.
Photos you upload. When you use our album cover generator, you upload a photo. This image is sent to Google Gemini (a third-party AI service operated by Google) to generate your album cover.
Generated images. The album covers we create for you are stored temporarily using Vercel Blob storage so you can view, download, and (optionally) order merchandise. Generated images are automatically deleted within 2 hours of creation.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Your IP address is used to enforce our free-tier usage limits (via Vercel KV) and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment information. If you purchase credits or merchandise, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other financial details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Shipping information. If you order a t-shirt, your name and shipping address are shared with Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, solely to deliver your order. Printful's handling of your data is governed by Printful's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for training AI models. We do not serve targeted advertising.
We share data with the following third parties, only as needed to provide the service:
Our service is available to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. Because we retain minimal data and auto-delete images within 2 hours, in most cases there is little or no data to delete.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request its deletion.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
